We are striving to make the purchasing of our prints secure and easy from our web site. All fincancial transactions are handled on Paypal.com and all fincancial information given for each and every transaction is given to and kept with Paypal. We don’t handle any of the transactions or even have any access to any of the financial information given through their website on the checkout page.
Each print is printed in the highest resolution possible, on some of the highest grade paper available, and without our copyright watermark that is shown on our online versions.

When a particular print, piece of framed art and greeting cards are ready to be made available for purchase all pricing and available print size’s information will be on each products individual page. To order, just navigate to the desired page you are interested in from the shop page and click on the Paypal shopping cart button. Whe you are ready to check out, click the checkout button and it will take you to Paypal’s secure site to process the transaction when you check out. No Paypal account is needed, just a credit card, to finish the transaction. The transaction will appear as Jeff Photography on your credit card statement.
Pricing and available print sizes will be noted on each individual print’s page. Shipping and any applicable Utah resident sales tax will be added during the checkout process.
We strive to produce the best possible images and all images are personally checked to make sure they meet my own high standards for quality and value. If there is a problem with any image upon receiving it, let us know immediately upon arrival, within 48 hours, and we will do what we can to fix or remedy the problem. Rest assured, we wont ship any pictures or framed art that are not up to our high standards and we check each print for any printing blemishes before they are shipped. Any exchanges or returns must have prior approval and the purchaser is obligated to cover return shipping charges. In the event of an exchange is needed for the same print/framed art piece due to a printing issue, we will pay the postage to re-ship it to the customer. In the event the print/framed art piece has been authorized for an exchange for another print/framed art piece, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping as well as all shipping charges for the new print/framed art piece to be shipped out.
Shipping will be handled through the UPS or the USPS and is available to any location in the United States. Our goal is to have the prints and greeting cards shipped out during regular business days and within 3 business days of receiving the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays may take longer due to printing and shipping facilities being closed. Framed art will ship out within 3 business days during regular business hours. Some pieces are made to order or out of stock and we will contact the customer via email if there will be any delay in shipping.
